SHIPPING POLICY

At THE YRDSALE, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and safely. Please read the information below before placing an order.


📦 Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days

- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays

- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Please note: During busy periods or drops, processing times may be slightly longer.


🚚 UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Options

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typical services include:

- Royal Mail Tracked 48®

- Royal Mail Tracked 48® with Signature

- Royal Mail Tracked 24®

- Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature

- Evri Standard Tracked

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

- Royal Mail Tracked 48®: 2–4 working days

- Royal Mail Tracked 24®: 1–3 working days

- Evri Standard Tracked: 2–5 working days

Delays caused by postal services, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of THE YRDSALE.


📍 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and in full at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.


📬 Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

- All orders are shipped using tracked services

- Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched

Responsibility for the parcel remains with THE YRDSALE until delivery is confirmed.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with the courier investigation.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship outside the UK. Shipping costs start at £12 and may vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which may apply following Brexit (this includes EU countries).


❗ Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

Please allow an additional 2 working days beyond the estimated delivery time

- Then contact us at theyrdsale@outlook.com with your order number

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


💷 Shipping Costs & Refunds

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- Approved returns are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy
