RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At THE YRDSALE, we specialise in authentic vintage and pre-owned clothing. Due to the nature of vintage items, please read the following carefully before purchasing.


📦 Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind.

All measurements are provided in the product description to help you choose the correct fit. Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing.


❗ Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will accept returns only if:

- The item is significantly not as described, or

- You have received the wrong item

To be eligible:

- You must contact us within 48 hours of your item being delivered

- Provide clear photos of the issue

- The item must be unworn and in the same condition as received

♻️ Vintage Condition Disclaimer

All items sold are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age.

Minor flaws, fading, or general wear are not considered faults and are reflected in pricing.

We aim to photograph and describe all noticeable flaws clearly.


💷 Refunds

If a return is approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear once processed.


🚚 Return Shipping

- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

- Items marked Final Sale

- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

- Items returned outside the 48-hour notification window
